At the grocery store, they featured wild salmon today. Yum.
I don’t know where I read about this way of cooking fish, but it results in very tender and moist fish every time. Here’s what I do.
- Take a frying pan
- Set the heat to between medium and low
- Add olive oil
- Put salmon skin side down; salt and pepper the top
- Cook untouched for 30 min
- Cover and cook for 5 to 10 more min
That’s it! It’s a very easy recipe and you can go off and do something else while dinner cooks.
