A profound observation about the digital age… pic.twitter.com/uyMjiUPtzc — Adam Grant (@AdamMGrant) January 13, 2016 I saw the above Tweet, and it made me laugh. Honestly, I might be “that” guy. Let me explain. I wrote recently about the need to check less frequently my digital devices. When I entered the business world, I was

Playoffs and Preparation

January 12, 2016January 11, 2016 Jo Tango

It’s time for the playoffs here in New England. They say football is a chess match and a mental game. I think the “Do Your Job” documentary shows just that. If you liked Unbroken and Seabiscuit, I think you’ll really like this book.

I really recommend the book and am grateful to Nick Ducoff for suggesting it. I found it fascinating to read how early humans survived by hunting for animals or foraging for

Walking in L.A.

December 30, 2015December 30, 2015 Jo Tango

What a fun holiday. We arrived back home last night at around midnight, after a very fun few days in SoCal to visit my sister, her children, and my father. They live in Orange County. In spite of the trip back taking 16 hours door-to-door due to a major flight delay, we had a great
