Home Alone
Well, the family is out of town. And, for the first time, I am “home alone.” Our son is in California. Mrs. T. is away to visit her sister, and one of our other children is with her. Other children are with a school chorale trip in Ireland. Here is a view of County Killarney
NYC
We spent the weekend in NYC. Our kids are on spring break, and our college-aged son took the train down to be with us. Mrs. T. decided to mix it up and booked us rooms in Greenwich Village. I really like that part of Manhattan: young, lively, and significantly more gentrified, which is both good
Music and Snow
I love Saturday snowstorms. We’re due for up to 12″. But, before all that, we had a family outing this morning: a youth music gala. The eastern district of the state conducts auditions for various music groups. Those groups later will audition for the all-state groups. Two of our kids are in the district chorale.
