My Sister: an Update
I’m on a plane and have had a fun trip to California. Two days of travel to have one day out there for my sister’s graduation with a Master’s degree. It was fun to see her, my nephew and niece, and my father. As I’ve written before, my sister has gone through a great deal.

A Second Try
After yesterday’s surprise, I decided to head back out. I prepped Sunday Dinner in the morning and was on the water by 10 a.m. It all worked out. An unexpectedly high-volume day. Some of my favorite fish are below. Grateful for a beautiful day.
Making Do

On my way to work the other day, I listened to a podcast from TED Radio Hour, called “Giving It Away.” One of the speakers was Ron Finley. Intrigued, I watched his TED Talk (up top, or click here). It is riveting. Finley lives in an area that has a lack of healthy food options.
